USA SHIPPING & TARIFFS

We continue to successfully ship to the USA after a brief interruption whilst meeting the updated US-customs requirements, after the scrapping of the "de minimis" tariff exemption (which ended in August of 2025, amid global postal disruptions), along with the simultaneous implementation of the new tariffs.

New US Tariff PolicyTo help keep costs fair for USA customers, we are covering most of the new 30% US import tariff imposed upon our goods, by increasing the products' costs by only 10% for our USA customers. This tariff fee is worked into the products' price and will display automatically for US-destined orders. The tariffs are pre-paid, and no further costs will be added on your side on receipt.

Tracked Shipping OnlyThe customs changes removed the previously available, and cheaper, UNTRACKED shipping option, and thus only TRACKED shipping is available now. However, the good news is, we have partnered with a faster shipping service, that will see parcels take around 3 weeks in general to reach USA (apart from the annual Festive Season delays, which can add 1-2 weeks on to transit times).
