1. DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-business days and delivery confirmed by way of email, immediately following checkout.
Products are shipped via first class international airmail, or courier and tracking numbers will be emailed when available from our shippers. Please see our shipping & returns page for further details.
2. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY.
The provision of products by Livingnetwork Healthy Supplements (Pty) Ltd (“Livingnetwork”) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, and where payment has been paid by the client, Livingnetwork will refund the client in full. If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, Livingnetwork will refund the product value (excluding any shipping costs), within 60 days. Please see our shipping & returns page for further details.
3. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Livingnetwork shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPI) and Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 4. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards via one of our payment gateways, and some other card issuers may work. We also accept Bitcoin or Lightning Network payments.
5. CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Livingnetwork separately from card details, which are entered by the client on the relevant payment gateway’s secure site.
6. MERCHANT OUTLET AND TRANSACTION SUMMARY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is thus South African Rand (ZAR).
7. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
If you are not the end-user of any product purchased from Livingnetwork, you undertake to keep track of where such product is distributed to.
In the event of a product recall, should this ever arise, you undertake to assist us in respect of such process.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This website and any transaction through this website is governed by the laws of South Africa.
9. VARIATION
Livingnetwork may, in its sole discretion, change these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without notice.
