Unopened products are accepted for refunds/store credits if products are returned within 2 months of receipt of them. Please note that we cannot refund the original or the return 'shipping fee'.

  • Please let us know once you have shipped the parcel (and what products are included), and we shall process the refund. Or, if you intend shopping with us again, we can issue a store credits, which are ideal as they are not affected by currency fluctuations.
