USA SHIPPING RESTARTED - New TARIFFS APPLY

UPDATE: 18th September 2025 - We are taking USA destined orders again!

Dear Valued US Customers,

We’re thrilled to resume shipping to the US to meet new US customs requirements ! After the "de minimis" tariff exemption ended on August 29, 2025, causing global postal disruptions, along with the simultaneous implementation of the new tariffs.

New US Tariff PolicyTo keep costs fair, we are covering most of the new 30% US import tariff imposed upon our goods, by increasing the products' costs by only 10% for our USA customers.
The tariff fee is thus worked into the products' price and should display automatically for US customers. The tariffs are pre-paid, and no further costs will be added on your side.

Tracked Shipping OnlyOngoing customs changes means that the cheaper UNTRACKED shipping options are unavailable at present, with carriers estimating weeks or months before they reopen. Thus only TRACKED shipping is offered, with the tariff portion bundled into the cost as explained above.

Update on Pre-September 18 OrdersOrders placed before September 18, 2025, via UNTRACKED shipping, during the disruption, have been upgraded to TRACKED at our cost and have been shipped. Affected customers have been notified via email.

Dear Valued US Customers,

We regret to inform you that we have been forced to temporarily suspended shipping to the United States due to the mass chaos caused by new US regulations ending the "de minimis" tariff exemption, effective August 29, 2025. This exemption previously allowed packages valued under $800 to enter the US duty-free, but its termination has led to widespread disruptions in international postal services.

Most, postal services worldwide have halted shipments to the US, citing uncertainty over duty collection, lack of clear guidance from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and short implementation timelines. 

These suspensions are temporary measures by postal operators to adapt to the new rules, which require detailed customs declarations, duty payments, and electronic data submissions for all shipments, regardless of value. As a result, we are unable to guarantee reliable delivery to the US at this time, and we do not want to risk your orders being delayed, returned, or incurring unexpected fees.We are actively monitoring the situation and working on alternatives.


Important Note on Existing Orders:

Orders already placed for US delivery may be affected by this suspension. We have reviewed all orders that were impacted and now on hold whilst we await resolution, and emailed you directly.
